First Time Here?
If you’re new to working with me, this consultation is a required first step before booking a full session.
This free 15-minute consultation. This is a relaxed, no-pressure chat where we can connect and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
During this call, we’ll:
-
Talk a little about what’s brought you here
-
Explore how EFT might support you
-
Answer any questions you have about sessions or what to expect
You don’t need to prepare anything or have all the answers — just come as you are. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll chat about next steps. If not, that’s completely okay too — the goal is simply connection and clarity.

All sessions are 90 minutes. I’ve found this amount of time allows us to really settle in and go deep, rather than feeling like we’ve just reached the important part and then needing to wrap things up.
This package is perfect if you want to work on specific events, challenges, or goals.
-
Gain clarity and release what’s been holding you back
-
Address one or two key areas with focused guidance
-
Ideal for a shorter-term commitment to see meaningful change
This package is suited to deeper work on a single issue or support across multiple interconnected areas.
-
A long-standing pattern (e.g. anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, procrastination)
-
Repeated emotional reactions in relationships, family dynamics, or work
-
One issue you want to explore thoroughly and at depth, rather than just managing symptoms
A single session is a great option if you’re looking for focused support around something specific, or if you’d like to experience EFT before committing to a package.
A single session may be right for you if:
-
You have a specific situation or emotional charge you’d like support with
-
You’re feeling stuck around one particular issue
-
You want to experience EFT and my approach before choosing a package
I believe support should be accessible.
For this reason, a limited number of sliding-scale single sessions are available for those who are financially struggling — such as students, single parents, or anyone navigating a tight season financially. You’re always welcome to ask. No explanation required.
