Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify me as soon as possible via email at jess@hopewelltapping.com. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. If providing 24 hours’ notice is not feasible due to unforeseen circumstances, please discuss the situation with me to explore available options.

Session Rescheduling by client

It is expected that canceled sessions will be rescheduled within a 30-day period, whenever possible, unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon. Failure to reschedule within this time frame may result in forfeiting the session, and no reimbursement will be provided. The responsibility for rescheduling an appointment lies with the client, who can do so through the calendar booking software they used. If I need to cancel a session, I will proactively take the initiative to reschedule it.

Session Rescheduling by Practitioner

In the event that I need to reschedule a session, I will make every effort to provide notice as far in advance as possible and to arrange an alternative time that is mutually convenient.  

Late Arrival

Clients are encouraged to be punctual for their appointments. If a client arrives ten minutes late, that time will be deducted from the total session time. In the event that I am running late for any reason, I will make every effort to provide a full session whenever possible.

Refunds

No refunds will be provided for sessions you have already attended. However, if you have booked a package and choose to discontinue services before completing all the sessions, you will be refunded for the remaining sessions that you have not yet participated in.

Communication

If you contact me via email or message outside of normal working hours (9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays), please note that I may not respond until the next working day.

Session Payment

Payment for EFT/tapping sessions is solely for the session/s itself and does not include any additional services or commitments. Payment will be processed online through stripe and then you will be guided to the booking page to select the appointment times that suit you.

Discretion

Any exceptions or special arrangements outside of this policy will be at my discretion as the business owner.
